Details I have the following server installation:

Java: version 1.4.2 (1.4.2.-b28)
Server: Apache/2.0.47 (Linux/SuSE)
Apache Tomcat/4.1.18-LE-jdk14

When I upload files it all works fine, but when I click for file view or download, if the mime-type is not "html" or "txt" or other text formats (such as "jsp") it gets somewhat "corrupted", i.e. they doesn't open, they look like corrupted or like a "mixed bag of bits". Is that a bug or are some libraries missing? Uploaded files work if opened directly from the server instead of by the filemanager
